How Khaya HealthTech handles your personal information.
Khaya HealthTech is committed to protecting your privacy in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We collect personal and health-related information only to provide our sleep assessment, care and monitoring services.
Your information is stored securely and is accessible only to you, the clinicians you choose to share it with, and authorised Khaya representatives. We never sell your data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@khayahealth.com.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move around our public website, which pages are read, and where visitors come from. This sets a cookie in your browser and shares your IP address and a randomly generated identifier with Google.
It runs on our public pages only: the home page, the product and information pages, these legal pages, and the sign-in and sign-up screens. It is not loaded on your dashboard, your assessment, your results, or on any private link we send you, so no page containing your health information or a personal access link is ever reported to Google. Where it does run, only the page address itself is sent, never anything attached to it.
We have turned off Google's advertising and audience features, so this data is used to measure our website and not to build an advertising profile of you. You can opt out entirely with Google's browser add-on, or by using your browser's own do-not-track and cookie controls.
